I learned this from spending blocks of time at a Yoga ashram where there IS routine...
Having a routine means that I &quot;know&quot; what I should be doing at 7am (eating breakfast!) and all the other stuff running around in my head is irrelevent at that time. That&#039;s a nice feeling :)
And so it goes...
I think I have got too much in my routine &amp; therefore don&#039;t always fulfill it. I like your idea of routine in am &amp; pm with freedom in the middle of the day...
