I found a wonderful bar today at Whole Foods. It’s a Gnu Peanut Butter Bar and it was fantastic! What I liked about it:
- Vegan
- Just 140 calories
- A whopping TWELVE GRAMS OF FIBER! (I better drink lots of water…)
- No added sugar
- Yummy
- Satisfying

my latest favorite bar is the organic food bar – see organicfoodbar.com. they also have raw varieties. they have one that is called ‘vegan’ but most of them are vegan (i don’t get it). anyway they are yummy!
