		<description>Oh yeah, experiment with the sauces before giving up on cheeseless pizzas! I like the idea Erica had about the refried beans, etc.. If you want to try a pureed spinach sauce again, try combining blanched spinach with blanched arugula along with some really good olive oil and minced garlic. I&#039;ve made a pureed sauce like that for pasta and it was super delicious! I bet it would be great on a pizza...</description>

		<description>Too funny!  Mike and I do homemade pizzas every Sunday.  I was trying to be really creative one week and make a sauce out of bunch of sorrel.  It maintained its green color but the taste was just not right.</description>
