		<description>It&#039;s amazing what science can do these days, isn&#039;t it? While I can appreciate the cruelty-free-ness of this new &quot;fake chicken&quot; development, I wonder if the impact on the environment is really going to be reduced. The soy-growing industry uses a lot of fossil fuels, not to mention the nasty pesticides and herbicides used in modern agriculture. Why does eating healthy and cruelty-free have to be so difficult these days?? :-/</description>
